與基層選民交心 侯：拚安居樂業
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「讓基層人民能夠安居樂業，是我20年來一直想做的事。」新北市長候選人侯友宜12日出席中醫藥學會66周年大會時感嘆地表示，近來他勤跑基層，有計程車司機告訴他「開車20多年，結果近來收入腰斬竟只剩一半。」侯友宜心有戚戚焉地說，人生第一次選舉就是希望人民安居樂業，並高舉自己的競選標語「厚友宜」，希望政府不要再挑起對立，「鄉親重友誼、博感情，共同拚好日子比較重要。」
中華民國中醫藥學會12日於舉辦66周年會員大會，國民黨主席吳敦義與侯友宜皆受邀出席，但吳敦義在侯友宜現身前旋即離去，面對記者詢問「主席不等一下侯友宜嗎？」，吳敦義只回說「另有行程」。針對吳侯刻意不合體，侯友宜輕鬆地表示，出席時間是主辦單位安排，但他和吳主席常常碰面，不用過度解讀，並與記者大聊自己Line貼圖衝上排行榜，希望支持者「繼續用喔。」
侯友宜致詞時感謝中醫藥學會7年來，幫助新北市推行醫療保健的政策，隨即話鋒一轉談到自己選舉的心境，「人生第一次選舉，對於未來選戰還沒有規劃，只想把事情做好。」他分享日前運動時遇到兩位夜班計程車司機對他訴苦，「全年無休整天跑14小時，20年前可賺14萬，現在扣掉油錢成本，腰斬只剩7萬。」司機還告訴他，「馬英九做總統的時候還好，但現在經濟越來越差，日子難過。」
侯永宜感嘆地表示，選舉這些日子以來，他常去菜市場了解基層情況，菜市場的民眾因為手很油膩，都不好意思跟他握手，他都回說「有什麼關係，握鄉親的手就好像握到我爸爸的手，我父親就是賣豬肉的市場攤販。」侯永宜強調，政府一定要傾聽基層的聲音，讓人民能夠安居樂業。
侯友宜更重申自己的競選主軸，高舉「厚友宜」的標語，「把『厚』字拆開，有好日子之意，」就是希望政府不要再挑起無謂的衝突、撕裂和對立，更不要製造仇恨，「維持友誼共同打拼才有好日子，過好眼前好日子比較重要。」
