馬來西亞檢方起訴前首相濫權與洗錢
馬來西亞檢察官今天(20日)以濫用職權與洗錢 (money laundering)等25項罪名，起訴前首相納吉(Najib Razak)。馬來西亞反貪汙委員會(MACC)19日表示，納吉已在19日下午遭到逮捕。
這是馬來西亞首次有前首相被起訴，一旦罪名成立，納吉不僅要坐牢服刑，並且將面臨鞭刑與罰款。
納吉被檢方起訴4項與濫權相關的罪名，濫權內容與大馬國家投資的一馬發展公司(1MDB)23億令吉(約5億5,623萬美元)資金，匯入納吉的個人帳戶有關。
檢方另外還對納吉指控21項與洗錢相關的罪名。
不過，針對檢方的所有指控，納吉全部都堅稱無罪。
除了納吉本人，大馬媒體18日報導，納吉的妻子羅斯瑪(Rosmah Mansor)可能也會在近期內，被檢方指控包括洗錢等20多項刑事罪名。
自從納吉在今年5月的全國選舉中敗給前首相馬哈地(Mahathir Mohamad)後，大馬調查機構就鎖定納吉與羅斯瑪，展開與洗錢罪名有關的調查。
