高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
動物園員工忘關閘門！ 南韓美洲獅落跑遭射殺
南韓大田一間動物園，因為清掃員工忘了關閘門，一頭60公斤重的美洲獅趁亂落跑，園方連忙報警，展開搜捕，原本想活捉這隻美洲獅，沒想到牠掙脫逃跑，只好將牠開槍射殺。
MBC記者：「清掃肉食動物飼育場後，籠子鐵門沒有確實鎖好，一頭美洲獅就趁機從籠子中逃走。」
18日下午5點多，一頭約60公斤的母美洲獅，突然偷溜出柵欄，在園區閒晃，由於當時天色昏暗，加上園區還沒閉館，當局隨即通知政府發出緊急通知，要大家不要外出走動，一個多小時後，終於在動物園樹林發現蹤影。
南韓官員：「一開始原打算活抓，有先使用麻醉槍，但美洲獅逃跑了。」
帶著傷的美洲獅，用盡力氣掙脫捕獸網，繼續在園區徘迴，園方火速進行夜間搜索，直到接近晚上10點，才終於再次等到牠出現，當下直接開槍射殺。
大田市官員：「到現在為止，我們已達成解除所有危機狀況的目標，但在這瞬間以後，我們要開始探究這件事為何會發生。」
關於過程美洲獅從落跑到射殺身亡，一共過了4個半小時，所幸沒人受傷，但因為員工糊塗忘了關閘門，導致動物落跑嚇壞民眾，園方也因此收到管理疏失的警告處分，還得配合警方調查。
